belong to electronic speed regulation Fantao, which is different from mechanical
speed regulation control mode. But there is an essential difference between the
injection control mode and the speed control execution mode. The electric
regulator is a traditional high-pressure pump that directly injects diesel into
the cylinder. Its injection pressure is limited by the pressure valve on the
injector, and the oil pressure is not as high as that of the electronic
injection; After the fuel pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe reaches the set
value of the pressure valve, it will directly open the valve and inject it into
the cylinder. The pressure of the pressure valve cannot be very high due to the
influence of mechanical manufacturing; In terms of fuel economy, the EFI has
sufficient fuel combustion, so it is the most fuel-efficient. EFI is an advanced
technology in recent years, which overcomes the main defects of traditional
diesel engines. The core of common rail electronically controlled fuel injection
technology is a fuel supply mode that completely separates the generation of
injection pressure from the injection process in a closed environment composed
of high-pressure oil pump, pressure sensor and computer control unit (ECU).
Simply put, the high-pressure fuel pump sends the high-pressure fuel into the
fuel rail. There is always a constant pressure value in the fuel rail. The
computer control unit ECU will determine the proper injection pressure and
injection time according to the load speed and other signals, so as to control
the opening of the fuel injector. The accelerator for mechanical speed
regulation is fixed, so the general fuel consumption is relatively high. There
is no module installed. It monitors the voltage, current and frequency, but
there is no power display and some protection functions.
